We onboard new members through the safest and most effective fundamentals program ANYWHERE. You will be guided by an expert coach through a series of personal training sessions designed to meet your specific needs and prepare you for the pace and intensity of CrossFit group classes. CrossFit is intense, complex, and EFFECTIVE. Starting the right way is critical to your future success! To learn more about the process come sit down with us for 15 minutes, we call this the No-sweat Intro, then decide if CrossFit 1420 is a FIT for you! Feel free to bring along your spouse, best friend, or anyone else who will be supporting you on this journey!

We also structure small challenges and training camps throughout the year where we bring together small groups of like minded people to spend a few weeks pursuing a goal together with the guidance of our professional coaches.
